Return Shipping Label

You will first receive an order confirmation, followed by an email from DPD containing the return label for printing. Remember to check your spam folder! Attach the return label to your return parcel.

Don’t forget to note down your Track & Trace number so you can always track your parcel.

You can drop off your return parcel at any DPD Pickup point – find one near you here.

Please make sure to provide the correct email address, as the return label will be sent to that address. In the comment field, enter the order number of the item(s) you wish to return.
