Terms and conditions for trading on Nettoparts.ie
The following sales and delivery terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Nettoparts. The terms apply in the event that no other written agreements between you as a buyer and Nettoparts have been made.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery time depends on the item you order. If the item is in stock, the delivery time is 2-3 business days when ordering before 4.30pm. If you do not find the spare part you need on our website, we can often procure it within a few days – usually within 2-3 business days. All items are delivered by GLS.
Faulty goods complaint
Any errors or defects in delivery from Nettoparts must be claimed in reasonable time after you have discovered the error and you should contact Nettoparts as soon as possible.
It is your duty to specify and, on request, show how the error or defect manifests.
We sometimes receive returned goods that are damaged during transport and we therefore point out that damage done during the return transport is a matter between the shipper (you as a customer) and the shipping company. It is your responsibility that the goods arrive in full condition, so make sure that the goods are well packaged, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to receive / credit the goods. In such cases, the damage can be documented with pictures if we can send the pictures to a valid email address.
Faulty goods under warranty
Nettoparts provides warranty, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, for errors and defects in delivery. The right of complaint does not cover in the event of ordinary wear and tear, malfunction or as a consequence of other defects in the product in which the part is mounted.
In connection with complaints cases, we, Nettoparts, incur freight costs associated with returning the defective product. If you wish to make use of the right of complaint, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive return shipping, as well as instructions for the return.
If you have received an item that is damaged during transport, it is important that you store the packaging.
Nettoparts grants 14 days right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. If you cancel your purchase, Nettoparts must therefore be notified, within 14 days of the day you received your goods.
To return the full amount, you must return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. If the item has been used or installed, Nettoparts will make a value calculation in relation to the value the item will have at resale.
You have to bear the costs of returning the item yourself.
We do not receive consignments that are sent free of charge or by mail Cash on delivery.
If the item is paid with a credit card, the amount is always returned to the same credit card.
If the item has been paid by bank transfer, we ask you to enclose bank information to which the amount of the item can be returned.
Please attach information about the order, e.g. copy of the delivery note, as well as write why you are returning the item. This is not a requirement, but it reduces the processing time, so you get your money back faster.
We strive to return your credit within 8-10 days, but during periods of vacation or hustle, it may take a little longer.

We offer a wide selection of spare parts, but if you cannot find a spare part in our shop, we can usually help you anyway, all you need to do is contact us.
