Delivery of Spare Parts & Christmas GiftsIn the lead-up to Christmas, it is a great idea to order your household appliance spare parts, care products, and Christmas gifts in advance to ensure they arrive on time – leaving you time for repairs, preparations, and gift-wrapping. If the desired item is in stock, we typically offer 2-5 days of delivery time for orders placed on weekdays before 6:30 PM. To ensure your items arrive before Christmas, we recommend placing your order no later than December 13, by 6:30 PM. If the item is not in stock, it must be ordered from one of our suppliers, resulting in slightly longer delivery times – typically 3-5 working days, provided the item is available from our suppliers. If you wish to order items that we do not have in stock, we recommend ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery before Christmas. Please also note that winter weather may affect delivery times. Nettoparts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by GLS. Exchange of Christmas GiftsChristmas gifts and other items purchased from Nettoparts between November 1 and December 30 can be exchanged until January 14. For items purchased before November 1, you have the usual 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods.
