Error code list for AEG hob

  • E1

    Cause:

    Electronics error.

    Cause:

    Temperature error.

    Solution:

    The error code is usually due to frozen food being left on the hob, but it can also be due to cookware left on the hob which has been switched on for too long without being used for cooking. Free the hob. If this does not solve the problem, you can try disconnecting the power to the product and connecting it again after 30 seconds. If the error code is still not gone, it is possible that it is due to a faulty thermostat. You can find a new thermostat here.
