The hob cannot be regulated

If the electric cooking zone on your glass ceramic stove cannot be regulated, the reason may be the following:

• The error may be due to a faulty energy regulator. In this case, the cooking zone will continue to heat. If there is more than one thermostat control, you can try swapping two energy regulators - if this solves your problem, you will need to replace the faulty energy regulator. If the mass plate on your stove cannot be adjusted, the reason may be one of the following:

• The error may be due to a defective energy regulator. In this case, the hob will heat at the highest level, without being able to regulate it. If there is more than one energy regulator, you can try swapping two of them - if this solves the problem, the faulty regulator will need to be replaced. You can buy a new energy regulator here.
• If the hob cannot be switched on or does not heat up enough, the fault may be due to both the regulator and the hob. Again; if there is more than one regulator, try swapping two of them. If this solves your problem, you have found the cause in a faulty regulator. Find a new energy regulator here.
