Dishwasher not filling with enough waterIf your dishwasher is not letting in enough water, it is probably because the pressure switch is defective. The pressure switch registers the water level in the dishwasher and – when the correct water level has been reached – signals the solenoid valve to close water supply. If this is defective, it may result in it not registering the water level correctly. You can find a new pressure switch for your dishwasher here. However, the fault may also be due to either the solenoid valve or aquastop being defective. Most dishwashers are either produced with an aquastop or a solenoid valve. If you are in doubt about whether your dishwasher has a solenoid valve or aquastop, you are welcome to contact us here. Remember to state as much as possible from the rating plate of the dishwasher. You can find new solenoid valve here and new aquastop here. 1 |
