The washing machine does not heat up the water

If your washing machine does not heat up the water, it may be due to one of the following:

The fault may be due to a defective heating element. If the washing machine stops midway through a program, it is often the heating element, which is defective. You can find a new heating element for the washing machine here.
The fault may be caused by a defective NTC-sensor (also called temperature sensor). If this is the problem, the machine will usually be washing in cold water, but it will often be able to finish the program. You can find a new NTC-sensor for the washing machine here.
The fault may be due to a defective level sensor (also called a pressure switch). This will often result in too little water inside the washing machine. You can purchase a new pressure switch here.
